Studio Shots

Energy has an incredible training studio. A renovated warehouse space that feels warm and spacious, accented with a roll-up glass garage door at the front entrance, 25’ high ceilings and skylights allowing abundant natural light to flow throughout the gym. We have two levels – our ground floor is the main training facility as well as the changing rooms/bathrooms, storage, kitchen, and a therapy room. Our second floor has our cardio deck and lounge for client interview and relaxation.

Our philosophy at Energy Fitness is to help our clients live healthy active lives. We want our clients to have more “energy” so they can do the recreational activities they love most.
