Group Training Sessions
Our group training at Energy Fitness meets 2x week - Sundays and Wednesdays. It’s a small group class with BIG Energy, but it’s the perfect size and coached so well that your trainer has eyes on you to make sure you won’t get hurt with bad form. Our community in the class is so welcoming and awesome and ranges from beginner to experienced. You’ll feel so good about being part of this humble but strong group and find yourself coming back each week to learn more and get stronger!
