Bio:  I have been a trainer for over 4 years and I have a passion for fitness.  I competed at a collegiate level at Oregon State University as a baseball player for 3 years.  Then I was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds where I chased my dreams to become a Professional baseball player.  I received best professional debut my first year.  My career came to an end due to multiple injuries.  Because of these injuries I found my passion for fitness.

I lost 30 lbs in 2 and a half months using my philosophy, which is 30-40 min of intense resistance training followed by 15-25 min of cardio.  We all have things we need to do and there is no reason you need to be in the gym longer than 60 min.  Consistency and Intensity is what I train by.  You need to make exercise a priority and a lifestyle, not just a routine!
