You know when you’re doing cardio in the gym on anyone one of those machines and you see the ”fat burn zone” option…do you reallyknow what that means? Here comes the rain again

Here comes the Rain again! Don’t let the rain keep your from getting out! September and October is a great time for Outdoor recreation in Oregon.  We all know that when the weather gets bad we’ll spend more time inside, so take advantage of this last month and get out!  Here’s a few suggestions: – Plan at least one outdoor activity per week.
